The Axing Team Participated in ESG Consultant Training

For Axing Zrt., professional development and sustainability go hand in hand. Five of our colleagues have expanded their knowledge through the ESG Consultant Training Programme at the University of Pannonia, enabling us to support our clients at an even higher professional level in the field of sustainable operations.

Five colleagues from Axing Zrt. have successfully completed the two-semester ESG Consultant Training at the University of Pannonia, which is one of the most comprehensive and practice-oriented sustainability training programmes in Hungary.

The 200-hour course was delivered in both online and in-person formats, taking place simultaneously in Budapest and Veszprém. The programme offered not only theoretical foundations but also a distinctly practical approach, allowing participants to gain comprehensive knowledge of all three pillars of sustainability—environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).

A special feature of the programme was the involvement of external guest lecturers in addition to university faculty: Natália Oszkó-Jakab, director of the Valley of Arts Festival, gave a presentation on the event’s sustainability measures and future plans, while consultants from IFUA supported participants over two training days with practical examples and case studies.

Several active, accredited ESG consultants currently teach at the University of Pannonia, ensuring that the knowledge gained through the training is built not only on theoretical foundations but also on real market experience.

For Axing, this training marks another milestone in providing high-level professional support to its clients not only in energy auditing and consulting but also in sustainability services. The next step is the practical application of the acquired knowledge, followed by obtaining official ESG consultant accreditation, which will enable Axing Zrt. to formally perform ESG consulting activities.
